Mental Health
First Aid (MHFA)
Mental Health First Aid courses help you gain the knowledge to spot someone who is experiencing poor mental health and provide you with the confidence to approach someone.
Join us and learn how to start a conversation, create a safer space, signpost to appropriate support and encourage potential.
Our MHFA courses are accredited by MHFA England. We have public courses, perfect for individuals. We can also deliver exclusively to a group, online or at a location that is great for everyone attending.
Workplace First Aid
First aid courses that are full of heart, packed to the brim with lifesaving skills that you never know when you'll need.
Join us and learn how to respond in an emergency, how to perform CPR, how to use a defibrillator, deal with choking and so much more.
We'd love to come to your workplace and deliver our great value courses. Book on our EFAW course at Blakemere Village, it's an amazing day and only £87.50 +vat per person.
Paediatric First Aid
First aid courses for all those oopsidaisy's, the big one's and the little one's.
Perfect for schools, nurseries and childminders. You'll gain vital first aid skills, be there in any emergency and be there when your little hero's need you the most.

Baby First Aid
I wouldn't know what to do if anything happened.
Join Amy, our experienced Paediatric Nurse. This three-hour session is a must for any new parents, grandparents and anyone who looks after babies, wishing to know how to respond in a baby first aid emergency.
